Technical screen fabrics manage solar heat and airflow, while transparent mica creates a more enclosed visual barrier. Neither should be presented as a substitute for waterproof façade glazing.

Use zip screens as shading and weather-control products. For spaces requiring complete waterproofing, drainage, glazing and structural enclosure should be evaluated separately.
